About Us

Magilla’s Barbecue is a local Southern California family run BBQ pop-up and catering team specializing in Central Texas smoked meats. Our menu varies by event, but ususally consist of brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, tri-tip, turkey, chicken, ribs (pork & beef), house-made pastrami and hand crafted sausages. All accompanied by a handful of delicious sides. We see food as an introduction to new friendships. It represents a commonality between people we already know and new friends that we hope to make. BBQ is our passion and we would love to share it with you!
